These terms cover your use of the Viseless website and waitlist while we're in early access. They're intentionally short.
The waitlist is free
Joining the Viseless waitlist costs nothing and no payment is collected on this site. Any prices shown are preliminary and may change before launch. If and when paid plans become available, we'll show you the full billing terms and get your agreement before you are ever charged. Because we don't take payments here, there is nothing to refund.
Early access, no guarantees
Viseless is under active development. Features described on this site represent what we're building and may change, be delayed, or not ship. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, a spot, a specific price, or a launch date.
Using this site
By using this site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when you join or contact us.
- Not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit others' data without permission.
Our content
The Viseless name, copy, and design on this site are ours. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. You may not copy the site's content or branding as your own.
Disclaimer & liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Viseless isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this pre-launch website.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
