This policy explains what Viseless collects when you join our waitlist or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and only collect what we need.
Who we are
Viseless (Viseless) is an early-access product for contractors, based in Middle Tennessee, USA. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@viseless.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Required: your name and email address.
- Optional: company name, crew size, phone number, and county/area — only if you choose to give them.
- Your consent record: that you agreed to be contacted, the wording you agreed to, and the date/time.
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and your message. We do not collect payment details anywhere on this site — there is nothing to pay for to join the waitlist.
Why we collect it
- To add you to the waitlist and contact you about early access.
- To prioritize contractors in our launch area and set you up faster.
- To reply to messages you send us.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by checking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see “Your choices” below).
Where your information is stored
Waitlist and contact entries are stored in Google Sheets within our Google account, and this site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process the data on our behalf. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until launch and for a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to delete yours — whichever comes first. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every email we send includes a way to opt out, or just reply “unsubscribe.”
- Access or delete your data: email privacy@viseless.com and we'll remove your entry from our records. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA) to access, correct, or delete your data; we honor these requests.
- Cookies: manage your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer. See our Cookie Policy.
Children
Viseless is a business tool for contractors and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child gave us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For material changes affecting people already on the list, we'll reach out by email.
